TMCSF recruits volunteers for locally-run community, conservation, teaching, health care, building and sports projects around Uganda. Volunteers are an integral part of everything that happens at TMCSF. We couldn’t do it without you! There are many ways to volunteer your time, skills and talents to help out. Depending on the season, we always have a list of much needed services which can be provided by volunteers within our projects around Uganda. Our Volunteer Program is an immersion program customized for individual travelers, students, professionals, families, groups, or anyone with the desire to serve in rural villages in Uganda. Get yourself dirty supporting a local community. The program came about in collaboration with TMCSF and the under-served rural villages. We are committed to meeting the needs of our communities and place volunteers in programs that have the skills that fit the community’s need as well as the motivation to make the best out of their stay. Volunteer in Rural Health Projects TMCSF reaches out to the rural villages with a team of volunteers for 3-6 days a week to organize health workshops. TMCSF aims at fighting early sexual activities in girl child , and diseases by educating the communities in and around all our operational areas about awareness and prevention. Drawing from the education seminars and resources from the Uganda Ministry of Health training programs, this objective is achieved through the exchange of knowledge in seminars, working together in organized camps, and Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) programs. Topics discussed in the seminars range from Malaria control, family planning, to HIV/AIDS and Epilepsy. APPLY NOW!

This includes clearing of drinking wells, building of dry racks and the digging of latrines as well as education on a healthy life style.. Join the team and help in improving the poor conditions of sanitation in Uganda’s rural villages.

TMCSF provides material support to those in Our operational areas who are unable to care for themselves. This may include the teenage mothers, children, teenage fathers and those living with or affect by HIV and AIDS This support may include:
- Home or School Visits:
Supplying sanitary kits to village school girls; Providing school supplies to schools per term for those who want to go back for studies Teenage mothers Support Programs include giving them clothes and construction of sanitation areas including kitchens and areas where clothes can easily dry. We supply clothings, sanitation supplies, and provide counseling to teenage mothers.
- Teach Volunteer and Internship Opportunities:
The main focus is providing education to hundreds of teenage mothers and their children in poor communities in Uganda. And uplifting the life style of the marginalized girl child to be able to live a meaningful life. In Uganda through teaching them skills of making money ,English, Math, health lessons to children aged 3yrs-12yrs.and then teenage mothers from 13yrs-19. The organization not only educate but also opportunities for sports, dance and drummer , play, health talks, a nutrition center and a meeting place for the community. APPLY NOW!
- Teaching/Childcare Programs:
Teaching experience is not required. You can begin as a teaching assistant and then work in small groups with children in need of extra attention. The objective of this program is to contribute to the academic development of the school and the children in order to provide the best opportunity for the quality education. Volunteers support the local teachers; encourage students to learn and play and instill pride in their schooling. Cancelling programs Cancelling does not require experience as well you can begin as assistant councilor then work in small groups with the teenage mothers who want extra attention of cancelling because our mission is uplifting the life style of the marginalized girl child to be able to live a meaningful life in society advantages of the Community project One of the advantages of the Community projects within teenage mothers and child support foundation is that you are not limited to caring out just one role and will have the opportunity to ‘sample’ other tasks during your placement. To become involved in another projects simply inform a member of staff who will happily make any necessary arrangements. - Some tasks can also include farming, education, health, crafts, singing dancing tailoring.
Volunteers do not need prior experience, but skilled workers are very welcome. This is a very hand on, hands dirty sort of program. Enthusiasm, a good sense of humor and helping spirit are required. Work in age group children of 3yrs-12yrs: As a volunteer you perform a variety of much-needed work such as teaching Basic English, Math and other subjects to HIV/AIDS infected or hunger-stricken children in teenage mothers and child support foundation. English/Math, Geography Teaching and cancelling in Rural school Help to improve school people, students cancel them not engage themselves in early sexual activities and early marriages ,health talks English and French speaking skills, paving a road for a brighter future – instilling them with a very useful command of the English language. Health Projects in teenage mothers and child support foundation Knowledgeable volunteers as well as those certified to carry out medical tasks are in great demand. Help assist doctors with several health-related activities. Opportunities are available all year around with TMCSF in Uganda. HIV/AIDS Awareness in teenage mother and child support foundation Interested in helping to combat and help teenage mothers, children and teenage father’s affected or living with HIV/AIDS?
