“Education is a human right with immense power to transform. On its foundation rests the cornerstone of freedom, democracy and sustainable human development.”
TMCSF values education and career guidance as a main component in fighting early child marriages and teenage pregnancy and creating an AIDS-free generation in Uganda. By supporting the formal education system and delivering educational programs of excellence in informal settings, vulnerable adolescents acquire the information and practical tools to deal with their formidable challenges. As people learn to think for themselves, they become more autonomous, confident and responsible, and more able to take on leadership roles in their communities.
There are many powerful reasons why companies should partner with TMCSF! Not only will your donations go to work immediately to help vulnerable teenage mothers and their children in Uganda, but will demonstrate your corporate social responsibility to your existing customers and our community filled with new, potential customers.
There is a lot to be gained by partnering with TMCSF and we look forward to working with you to meet your needs. Some suggested ways to align with our cause include:
Benefit TMCSF at your next event – Corporate events are a perfect way to recognize and reward your hardworking, dedicated staff and to build team spirit. By naming TMCSF as the beneficiary of such an event you will further demonstrate your corporate social responsibility.
Match employee contributions – Show your employees you care and value their dedication to helping others by matching their donations and/or fundraising efforts.
Host a Pearl Party – Support leadership initiatives for teenage mothers in Uganda, and offer your employees a fun and interactive opportunity for team building. Pearl Parties are typically hosted in a private home or at a business and TMCSF teenage mothers’ volunteers will attend the party and be responsible for selling the crafts. Please note that Pearl Party locations can be arranged in any location worldwide. If you are interested in hosting a Pearl Party, please contact email@example.com.
“To volunteer here is a life changing experience which you will never forget. To volunteer with an organization Called TMCSF (Teenage mothers and child support foundation) is certainly not only going to put something into desperately poor communities, but also give you an adventure of a lifetime
